Steam Cleaning

1. First, we vacuum the carpet using a commercial grade, upright vacuum. This removes up to 60 % of the dry soil, sand, grit and other particles before we start the cleaning process with cleaning solutions or water.
2. We carefully diagnose any spotted areas and treat them accordingly.
3. We apply a safe and very effective detergent formula, with a high-pressure sprayer, to break up soil the deep down and emulsify the greases, oils, spots and other particles the vacuum didn’t pick up.
4. Then, we rinse the soil, greases, oils, and other particles from the carpet using a fresh, clean, pure water rinse. This insures that all the dirt and detergents are removed from the carpet.
5. We finally groom your carpet with a special carpet rake to promote faster drying.

Spots Removal

Many times we find stains that will not come out just with steam cleaning. They will have to be treated with the appropriated chemicals before and/or after cleaning the carpet. In many cases, there is a color loss from foods, bleach or natural light. In these cases color has to be restored by dying or tinting. We remove most of stains, however some spots are permanent. A last resource in these cases is to proceed with patching.
